No Rehearsals March 14th or 21st
Due to Spring Break, we will not be rehearsing on the Sunday before (the 21st) or the Sunday following (the 28th).
San Diego Registration Closing!!!
Registration for the trip to San Diego will be officially closed this Sunday, March 7th.
Your deposit of $50 must be submitted by then to guarantee your spot on the trip. If you are unable to pay the deposit by the 7th, but intend on going, you must communicate this with John ASAP.

Fly Back Option
Your student has the option to fly back on a one-way flight from San Diego to Dallas at the end of the mission trip.
This Sunday, February 28 is the deadline to be included in this flight option. The cost of the return flight will be between $ 225.00 – 250.00.
If you know your student will use this option to fly home rather than ride the bus, please send John an email confirmation no later than February 28.

Student For Hire
Students interested in doing odd jobs for members of the church as a way to earn money for the trip should complete a Student For Hire Information Form. These forms can be downloaded by clicking the link below. The document prints two per page, please just fill out the top half and submit to John either by email: john@firsthurst.com, or at the next Crossroads rehearsal.Crossroads Student for Hire

Beautiful Feet
We will be singing at Beautiful Feet on Wednesday, February 10th. http://www.thefeet.org

True Love
Our annual fundraising concert "True Love" will be held Sunday, February 14th at 7:15pm in the worship center. Desserts will be provided and a silent auction will be held at intermission. All donations will help us go on our trip to San Diego.

San Diego
Mission Trip 2010 will be to San Diego! Your trip deposit of $50 is due February 14th. For a list of trip requirements, read below:
As a member of the choir, and one who is committed to the purposes of the group and its goals for this mission trip, you will be required to attend and participate in various activities. Please note the following:
· Out of the 15 rehearsals, you must attend 12 to remain eligible for the trip. All conflicts should be communicated to John as soon as you become aware.
· Crossroads will also be singing throughout the semester in the morning worship services; Feb.14, March 7, April 18, & May 23. You are expected to attend each time that we sing.
· Crossroads will be having a special performance at Beautiful Feet on Wed., Feb. 10. Your participation is required.
· Crossroads will be performing a fundraising concert the evening of February 14th. Your participation is required.
· In weeks leading up to the trip, you will be assigned a family group. The family groups will meet once or twice outside of normal rehearsals for socials and service projects. Your participation is required.
· Out of the 18 Life Connection classes on Sunday mornings, you must attend 9 to remain eligible for the trip. Attendance will be checked.
